Cancelled orders

I placed an order and two days later it was cancelled due to the fact the item is no longer available to ship. It’s now been 5 days later and the money still has not been returned to my bank. The order number is 11848530. The order was placed on 1/1/21.

Hello @clue3030 thanks for posting on the Microcenter Community Forum. We looked up your order, it was initially cancelled on 01/02/2021. So from that date, it takes between 5-10 business for the pending amount to be released back to your card based on your credit card company or bank. You can contact your credit card company or bank and let them know that Microcenter has processed a cancelation and release as of 01/02/21 of the funds back to the card; ask how long will it take for them to process the release. Most banks and credit card companies take about 5-7 business days to process the release by the Merchant (ex., Microcenter).
