Website Stock/ Store Stock question

Hello,

This is my first time posting on this forum yesterday I went to the Madison Heights location as I saw that there was a 5700xt Pulse in stock. However, when I got there we had to wait over 30 mins before any of the sales reps would notice my friend and I. And all they told me was that it was "ghost" listing and that they did not have the card the associate did not even bother to look it up on the computer. This is probably the worst experience I have ever had at Micro Center as I am a very loyal customer due to the amazing prices and usually amazing stock. I checked today and it still states that the card is in stock, I am confused is this card actually in stock or not?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention @NightMan1990! This is my first time hearing of this but I'd be happy to bring this concern to our store management to find out why this is showing on our website if the associate says that we do not have the item in stock.
