Waiting over 72hrs for Micro Center to contact me

Bought in store Westbury LI Arcade Bartop stand built it missing shelf (C) as it states in instructions that their is 2 Pieces of C shelf. Well I got only one in box.. contacted Customer service told I’ll get a call back? Called the store and played virtual phone tag with an Automated system. Help me out here! This was this past Sunday!

I have been waiting for an email with a receipt for a mobile monitor that I purchased almost 2 weeks ago.  How do I contact someone to obtain my receipt? I have tried sending emails. No phone # is available for me to call.  Help!
