I need a graphics card for my set up 

I primarily use my computer to run excel with a refreshing data base and day trading. Additionally I will also have a POS system on the computer just to get work done

This is my set up so far ... is it good? Will it be able to do what I need it to very very very quickly? Also I am having trouble finding a graphics card. What exactly is it for and what would you suggest for my set up? 

Also FYI I have 2 monitors. 


MSI GTX 1650 D6 GAMING X - graphics card - GF GTX 1650 - 4 GB  ------ this is the original card I wanted to get but its sold out

Yeah, the GPU that you mention above would be a good fit for your build. You mentioned that you're not gaming with this build, so really, you don't 'need' a GPU, as your CPU has integrated graphics.

If you're looking for a GPU that will easily support multiple monitors, I'd recommend the GPU you mentioned or one in a similar price range.

If you're looking to do a bit of gaming I'd recommend something a bit higher in price. How much would depend on what games you're looking to play. Games as of right now 0% chance any will be downloaded. strictly for trading and work use. BUT I WANT THIS TO BE FAST ASF and I do not want to wait to buy the GPU because I have seen most are sold out. so what is the best option in GPU for this build and if I have to buy one for sell which one should I buy?

As I mentioned, the CPU does have integrated graphics. So no GPU is required, however, if you would like to add one, I'd recommend one that is in-stock at your local store.
