Order Issues: No order in history or email confirmation after placing order

Hi, I placed an order for the Lian Li case on Micro Center but I have not received any email communication for the order nor I see any order in the order history. Is this common? I see the payment posted on my credit card but there is no way for me to see the order as I don't have the order confirmation number or order history. Is there any other location I need to see in my account?

I also put a reserve order in but I don’t remember my code so I cannot access my order, can anyone help me with this?

Hello, @KyE I'd be happy to cancel your reservation for you.

For future reference, reservations automatically cancel after three days.

I too did not receive a notification of purchase email or see the order in my order history, but I do have the $1 payment on my bank account. Can someone assist me with seeing my order history?
