computer keeps freezing

I bought my PowerSpec G706 in March of 2020, and it was fine since, but in about September my pc started to have issues and would often freeze or Bsod. I looked up what I could do, and I replaced the RAM and it was fine, but it had started to crash after about an hour and would repeatedly freeze or restart while I was playing video games. Also about in early December in 2020, I booted into the BIOS and my RAM was not detected. Is there another hardware issue that could be at play?

These issues are typically very difficult to diagnosis without being hands-on with the computer. With that being said, have you updated the BIOS since you purchased the computer? Can you provide the specs, meaning CPU/motherboard/graphics card/RAM?

Hello @JCGuzman thanks for posting on the Microcenter Community Forum. Below is a link to the motherboard inside the G706, the Asrock X570. I would say to make sure your graphic card drivers are updated and to update your bios on the X570. Then test it by launching a game and make sure your power options are set to High Performance. If the update doesn't work, it could be the RTX 2070 GPU as the root cause. But we wouldn't know unless the G706 has gone through our Store Service diagnostics.
