That build looks like it is a great build for any PC gamer! The only bottleneck you may run into would be with the 3700X, but that is really dependent on the different games you plan on playing. Every game is different in the way it uses the resources. Some games are CPU heavy workloads for games with lots of open worlds to load and then others that rely more on GPU horsepower can there are less elements to load.
One other suggestion would be the SSD. You may want to look at more than 512GB of storage depending on how many games you play. Some of the newer AAA titles have install sizes bigger than ever. One thing that you can always consider is getting the 512GB now and then later adding a second SSD for additional storage or a dedicated drive for your game library.
