So I've been trying to look into this more but can't get a for sure answer, but I have my first build done, and I pretty much used Corsair for the case, fans, and AIO. I am using ICue and have it controlled by a commander pro and the lighting node core, and I want to add the corsair RGB strips. so my question is do I need to buy the
Corsair iCUE LS100 LED Smart Lighting Strip Starter Kit? or will I be ok with just buying the expansion kit and just plugging the RGB lights into the Lighting node core?

Hello @Romeoag18 thanks for posting onto the Microcenter Community Forum. Both would work, but the expansion kit would be the better and cheaper rout. You should be able to plug into your lighting core, depending on the number of RGB lights being used and if your core/hub still has an available connection or port.
