Hi, can you help me with a recommendation for a 32GB RAM, 15" display laptop with a great keyboard/trackpad? Also, does Micro Center offer support, or is support just through the manufacturer? Thank-you.

Greetings. We can look into this with you! What is your budget and which Micro Center store would you be nearest to so we can check the stock of their location to see what options they may have? 

As for support, are you referring to hardware support/repairs or software support?

Thanks Ian. Up to $2000, and either Fairfax, VA or Rockville, MD. And for support I mean hardware support/repairs. I've been using a Dell with Dell support - if I buy from Micro Center, I want to understand my support options.

Hello, @GO_DC I'd recommend a few different selections.

•  MAINGEAR Element 2-EL2 - 17"
  
•  HP ENVY 15-ep0035cl - 15.6" - Refurbished
•  MAINGEAR Element 3 - 17.3"
  

One other recommendation would be the Dell XPS 13 9310 - 13.4" as a smaller option. However, it is not cheaper. The small form factor does come at a cost.

As for device protection or support/repairs, we do offer several options.
