Upgrading my existing PC for Gaming

I need advice on how to upgrade my current set up to experience better gaming. I have around $600 to spend for the upgrade 
Current CPU set-up :
AMD 10 - 6800K W/Radion HD Graphics 4.3 GHZ
24 GB RAM
Motherboard: ASUS F2A85-M
Graphics: Radion RX 580
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Usually, I'd recommend a GPU upgrade for better frame and gaming performance. However, I think that in this case, your CPU is probably showing its age. A quad-core CPU from 2013 is quite impressive but I think that upgrading to a Zen3 with updated RAM will give you the best improvement with this budget.

Assuming you can reuse your current Case, Power Supply, Storage/Drives, etc. here is an alternate Intel gaming build. I think the i7-10700 has a lot of value for gaming at this price point and the RX 580 will fit in nicely for high FPS, 1080p gaming until you're ready to upgrade the graphics card. You'll also get 2 more cores/4 more threads with the i7.
