Better system to handle inventory

I called number to see if Overland Park store had something.  Support line said what was in stock.  I drove to store and they basically laughed and said they didn't have those in stock.  Today I reserved a 3900X.  Guess what?  Not in stock in the pickup email.  How hard is it to have reliable stock information in 2021?  They've only had online stores for what, two decades?

  • Hello @Farmeunit Apologies for the inconvenience here. If you're able to provide the SKU for the item that was misrepresented I'd be happy to follow up with our store to ensure that we update the information to more accurately list the stock information for these products!
    We do have a frequently updated website (Every 10-15 minutes) however, with the recent demand for some products it has been difficult to show an accurate inventory level on our website.
    Again, I'd be happy to follow up with our store if you could provide the SKU for the product that you found an error with.
