This will give you a significant upgrade to the graphics card and motherboard.

I'd have to agree with @LB3 here but you'll want to include an OS in your build as well. That might set your price a bit over budget. If you're able to go up a bit on your budget LB3 has a great build for you.

Another option would be to check out a pre-built. Often pre-build systems at this price point can offer a bit more performance at cost because the manufacture will eat the OS cost.
