Which has all that is listed above excluding Windows 10 Pro. This also has a dedicated GPU which I'm not sure is required based on the above specification.

This device has Windows 10 Home. However, I'm not sure what an Avid-qualified Windows-based computer would entail.

For non refurbished devices, I was able to find a PowerSpec and a Dell option that may be a better fit.
