I'm partial to the Steel Series peripherals. You can get the Steel Series Apex 3 for around $40. I don't currently see the Apex 5 in our inventory, but it's usually in the $80-100 area. Redragon makes some keyboards in that price range that are pretty solid as well. Look at the K589.

Farmeunit

I bought two Inlands.  One with 10-key and the other without.  Both are surprisingly good.  I don't use them as my main keyboard, though, so haven't used for long periods of time.
