Bought an Alienware 3080 desktop didn’t receive my bundle code

I purchased a new Alienware desktop and also bought a lg oled for a monitor and I was supposed to receive a bundle code for the rtx 3080 system I purchased that came with call of duty coldwar but I never received anything
