Missing cooler in box - Overland Park, KS

I bought an open box 3900X.  The item said it included a Wraith Prism.  It did not.  I didn't notice until I got home.  The box is smaller than the 5600X I bought, which has the Wraith Stealth.  Wasn't paying attention, just happy to get them.  Once I got home, I verified the item, called the main number, and they verified that it said that it comes with cooler.  I left my number for a call from the store manager, but haven't heard back.  I want to keep the processor, but would like a cooler for it.  I had a Prism from a 3800X I bought, but now that leaves me without a cooler for that.  How can I get this taken care of.  I don't want to drive an hour to the store for it NOT to be taken care of.  I will make the drive if I KNOW something will get done that trip.
