Do I have to buy the item online to create a reservation, or could I just reserve it and pay at the store?

Hello @NGOMEZ15 when you place a reservation an authorization for an amount is placed on the card that you used to place the reservation. The charge is completed when you get to the store. Payment and ID are still required in the store.

Since the reservation only lasts for three days, we do not complete the transaction until you're in the store.

Our Brooklyn store is required to place an authorization for the full amount of the reservation on your card, however, all other stores place a $1 authorization.
