Can't install LAN driver cause"No intel(R) Adapter are present in this computer.

I've purchased an Asus Z490 Prime A and an Intel i7 10700k at Fairfax Microcentre.
Everything was ok with the assembling and installing Windows.
But I can't do anything after that cause there is no Ethernet driver and also I can't install any Network connections or Driver cause the same message appears "Cannot install Drivers. No Intel(R) Adapters are present in this computer.

EVEN IF I try to install those adapters, no way, same message appear

Have you tried installing the Chipset drivers? They can be found here https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/PRIME-Z490-A/HelpDesk_Download/ in the Drivers & Tools tab.

Can you open the Device Manager to see if there is a Network adapter listed? If you see the wireless or wired adapter you are looking to update, please right-click the adapter and select Update driver.

After this, follow the prompts. There is typically a generic driver that is natively in Windows, however, if you're able to add the driver from ASUS using a USB, that would also work.
