Trouble connecting Redragon H510 to Xbox One

edited June 2021 in Audio/Visual
We just got a Redragon Zeus2 H510 for my son to use with his PC and Xbox One.  it works immediately with the PC, but not with the Xbox One.  Shouldn't we be able to plug the USB from the H510 into one of the USB outlets in the Xbox One to get it to work?

    Greetings @Dwest09

Should be plug and play with the 3.5mm cable on the XBOX. Usually the default cable is TRRS, and they attach a dual TRS splitter for PC's. With the XBOX you just want to plug in the TRRS jack directly, disconnect the TRS splitter for PC's.
