Microcenter Build Question

So recently I bought the 3070FE and a 5900x from best buy.  This was an easy solution for because I cant make my way out to Microcenter during the week to see if they have stock of CPUs and GPUs.  I want to buy the rest of the parts from microcenter and have them build the machine for me.  Would they be able to do that regardless of where i bought the cpu and gpu?

Thanks Ian.  I have one more question that may be a bit more specific.  I am coming from an Intel system so i dont have an AMD Ryzen cpu at all.  I heard the 570 motherboards need a bios update to work with the newer cpus.  Will microcenter be able to update the bios for me to allow the cpu to work in whatever motherboard I buy?
