MIssing Items From Open Box Case/Tower

Hello everybody, It's Dr. Nick. 
Anyways. I bought an open box Lian Li O11 Dynamic XL Full Tower today, and I am setting things up, and it seems to be missing some items. One of the items is 4 velcro straps for wire management. The missing velcro is no biggie, but the other missing item seems to be the mesh for the Power Supply spot. How do I go about obtaining these items?
