Bought 3080 (restock of return?) with invalid CoD Cold War Code

I bought an EVGA FTW3 Ultra 3080 last weekend. I was lucky to get one that was marked down probably due to being a restock of a return that was in good condition. I was emailed the CoD redemption code and the same code was printed on the receipt. However when going to redeem on GeForce Experience I receive the message: "Your hardware is already redeemed for this campaign. Please refer campaign terms and conditions for details."

I'm guessing the original buyer installed the game and returned the card. Is there a way to get a replacement code in this case?
Nvidia customer service couldn't assist and directed me to the retailer which was MicroCenter in this case.
