Waiting on response for GPU exchange

Hi there,

A couple weeks ago or so I walked into the store to see if I could exchange my RTX 3070 GPU (works, but NVENC encoder crashes, even on different PSU's/PC's)


I went to the line by the GPU section and they called out my name, I got a helpful guy who said they didn't have any but took down my info and said they'd call me once they get one shipped from another store.


I haven't heard back and wanted to save the 40 minute drive trip by asking here. Is there a way I can get an update on the situation? I'm happy to PM my order # and details to a service rep. I did make the request a couple days before the 14 day return period was up. Thank you!
