Can’t open case!

Hi,
I need help with opening up my pc case. I have a Dell Optiplex 790. It’s kind of an older pc, but I cant get it open and I wanted to know that if I was to bring this in, would you be able to?

I am sorry to hear you are having issues opening up that case, you could bring that in and we could open that for you if you would like, depending on what exactly they have to do it may be fee based.
