Hello, @DAHLEGODAH Welcome to the community!What kind of budget did you have in mind for this budget? Also, what monitor do you plan to pair with this?With what I see here, I'd recommend a larger M.2 and a smaller 2.5" SSD. I'd recommend an AIO instead of the air cooler that you selected.I'd be happy to offer more recommendations when you reply!
