First Time Builder/ Video/ Art/ Photo Editing

Hello, I don't game too much, but I do A LOT of video editing, illustration and photo editing. I primarily use adobe CC. I don't want to buy a mac book anymore when I can get more for my money building one. However, I am a novice and I would love to stay under 1500.

Above is my recommendation for your build! Since you mentioned that you were new to building a computer I wanted to leave room in your budget for us to build the computer for you. Our Pro Assembly costs $199.99 for this tier.

If you're wanting to build this yourself, you can add a more powerful CPU or GPU. Another option would be to increase the amount of RAM that you have. Each of these would benefit your build's performance. 

$1500 is a great price point for a build!

That looks good, if you are needing 64GB of RAM, it looks like with current pricing/sales, getting 2 32GB kits would be cheaper. A water cooler is a bit overkill for the processor honestly, you can typically be fine with the stock included cooler, or just use a nice air cooler if desired to save some money there.
