I had at least a 700$ budget and im thinking of getting the AOC M24G1C 24" 144hz monitor and im looking for at least a 1650

I have made a few changes to your build to reduce it's cost.

However, I don't think we could get it down to your $700 budget without a few major changes.

I'd recommend 16GB of RAM instead of 32GB, as the 32GB would exceed your needs in most cases and 16GB will do well for your system and budget.

I also changed your storage configuration around a bit to reduce cost as well.

That's a great monitor that should last you quite a long time and will allow you to upgrade your PC without needing to upgrade your monitor.
