Need help selecting 2560 x 1440P Monitor 27"

Hello, I need help purchasing a monitor to go with my work laptop. I am a landscape designer and use CAD software to create stunning 3D presentations to help clients visualize my landscape design ideas such as incorporating gardens, pools, hardscape, decks, fences, spas, additions, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, yards, landscape lighting etc. I usually create a youtube video with day and night mode to share with my clients. Sometimes if it's a smaller property I will just create a 2D landscape design.

My friendly work tech support helper told me I need to make sure my monitor had the following criteria:
2560 x 1440P
27"
IPS
Vesa mount
Color matters & I don't care about refresh rate.
I would like to spend around $200.

Here's the kicker, my personal laptop is a Microsoft surface and it only has a USB-C, so ideally the new monitor would have that connector. And if not, I can purchase an adaptor. 

Can you please help me in selecting the best monitor that fit the criteria above and works within my budget?

Thank you for all the detailed information. I was able to find a few monitors that we have, however, I'm not able to find any that fit all of the specifications that you mentioned.

Here's a link to the cheapest 27-inch 1440p monitor that we carry currently.

And here is a link to the cheapest 27-inch 1440p monitor that has a USB-C display input.

Since you mentioned that color gamut does matter, I was able to find this AOC 27-monitor with a 101% sRGB Color Gamut in your budget, however, it is only 1080p.

I'm sorry to say we don't currently carry any monitor that matches all of the specifications you are looking for.
