NZXT H1 Case

I purchased a NZXT H1 Case from the Sharonville store on 7/18/20 and within a month or so I found out about a fire hazard and they was removed from the shelf's. I purchased a new case and this one has been sitting around. Since then on 2/2/21 NZXT issued a recall on the cases and refunds provided.  They stated if you purchased from anyone other than them to get with the retailer and let NZXT know if any issues in returning. Are you'll going to accept my refund I don't want to make the 2 hour drive if not?

I also am in a similar boat. Purchased in July noted recall so stopped using immediately. Would like to return to Fairfax VA location but would like to confirm return eligibility. Any info is appreciated.

At this time, there isn't a recall regarding this case.

Thanks for the additional info, I was not aware of this change.

I'd still recommend reaching out to NZXT directly about this. The recall link you provide does recommend this as well.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled computer cases and contact NZXT for a free repair kit.

We'll do our best to assist you if you choose to bring this back to the store, however, at this time we do not have any of the items available for exchange and do not carry the repair kit.
