Replacement for Dell Part # A8733212 (8GB - 2Rx8 DDR3L UDIMM 1600MHz)

We are looking to upgrade a few Dell OptiPlex 3040 Small Form Factor (SFF) workstations to 16 GB of RAM.  Although Dell confirmed that each upgrade would require two 8 GB RAM sticks with Dell Part # A8733212 (8GB - 2Rx8 DDR3L UDIMM 1600MHz), they no longer offer this particular part or a replacement.  They relayed that our only option would be a third party vendor.  Do you offer a replacement for Dell Part # A8733212 that would be compatible with a Dell OpiPlex 3040 SFF workstation?  Thanks for any information you can provide.
