I have the VGA light and the Boot Light On. I can't seem to get them gone. When I turn on the PC i don't get any signal connection to the monitor. I have the latest BIOS from online and have tried to update the BIOS but it blinks 3 times and I get a solid Light but it never goes out, after 15 mins. I have removed the Battery and reset with a metal screwdriver, with PC turned off and unplugged.

Next step is taking the whole damn thing to Microcenter and see if they can fix it.

Boot debug will be lit if there's nothing to boot to. So that's normal on a new build, until you insert your Windows 10 flash drive and attempt to install an OS. For the VGA debug, you've got a 5600X and didn't list a GPU. The 5600X doesn't have an APU and you will need a discrete graphics card.
