I did that, but part of the problem is when I screw the antennas back in, they get loose again.
Is this happening with both antennas / ports?
It is now, yes.
@RidleytheRed just chiming in. Have the antennas always been lose for the couple of years you've had the powerspec? Normally the antenna almost tighten like a coaxial cable wire to back of a modem or tv in a way. If they are not tightening then it could be an issue with the antenna and may need new ones. We'd like to look up your order and create a ticket for this. Can you give us the Powerspec G460XXXXXX serial number?
They have been from day one. It feels like they screw backwards from normal like plumbing. G460121760533
@RidleytheRed I found your order for the Powerspec. You had a 2 year warranty starting from 2018 for the Powerspec, which unfortunately in 2021 it has expired. I'd recommend to bring the Powerspec to the store as the Powerspec is our manufactured brand. The store may be generous and just give you new antennas if that is what the system only needs, no guarantees, but bring it to the store they'll work with you.
