Hello @Luck_123 and thanks for posting on the Microcenter Community Forum. Is this on a desktop or a laptop? You may have a keyboard hardware issue. Lets try resetting the keyboard from Device Manager.
So on the start menu (the Microsoft 4 white squared window), RIGHT click on it and select Device Manager. All your devices on the computer will show up. Go down to Keyboards and click on the arrow next to Keyboards. Any keyboard that dropdown, RIGHT click on each keyboard and select "Uninstall device", then hit Uninstall.
Restart your computer. Once it restarts test the Microsoft key. If it does not work, you may need to have the keyboard replaced. Let us know the results.
