Water cooling pump failed, XSPC ion, should I buy a replacement for pump? or replace entire cooling

My PCs water cooling system broke and pump is not working i guess. Current one is XSPC ION pump/reservoir and this product is discontinued. I could find 1 in stock only on Ebay, should i order this for replacement? Or should i replace the entire cooling system?

If i need to replace entire system, does it require the whole setup including GPU water block or some parts can be reused?

Looking to replace with Thermaltake Pacific C360 360mm RGB Radiator Water Cooling Kit - Micro Center, can Microcenter service replace this for me?
