there is a open box PowerSpec X603 Fluid Gaming Desktop PC ID: 235564 in my local store. This is the 3rd time this open box pc has showed up in this store. i want to know if you can find out why its been returned 3 time so far this month ? does it have real problems or customers not knowing how a water cooled pc works ?
is there known problems with this model as reviews on it seem good
Hello @ninja502 and thanks for posting on the Microcenter Community Forum. Some of the open boxes are from other stores that have been shipped in to sell. Not every open box is a returned unit. If there are multiple returns on an open box item, its no longer put up for sell until its determined to be operational for sell. The Powerspec X603 will function normally, it also comes with the 1 year manufacturers warranty. But this Powerspec mostly likely came from another store, we don't have details on if it was a returned or display model. I'm assuming you are near the Sharonville store, so it could have come from any store in Ohio (ex., Columbus or Mayfield).
