PC will randomly shut down and restart.
Twice now over the last month, while playing a game (once Valorant, once Destiny 2) the entire system just shuts down (everything goes black) and then restarts. It's as if nothing happened. One time my PC recorded it as a 'Blue Screen Event' and one time it didn't. CPU/GPU Temps are minimal. I have no idea what's going on. Has anyone had this issue?

Hello @MattReh and thanks for posting on the Microcenter Community Forum. Sorry you are having these issues with the computer. What kind of computer do you have, is it a pre-built or custom built pc? What graphic card and PSU does it have as well?
-
I have a Corsair i7200 pre built - comes with a RTX 3080 and a 750 Watt PSU. Full specs here: https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Systems/CORSAIR-VENGEANCE-i7200-Series-Gaming-PC/p/CS-9050007-NA

Did the BSOD give you any error message or error code to work with? Does this crash at any other times or only when gaming?
-
so I didn't actually see a BSOD. Just black and then started back up. But they were both registered as 'blue screen events' in the system history. Happened to be gaming both times, but I have had a few issues as well where my screen froze and went almost white but I was still able to pop open task manager and log out of windows and then back in and it was ok.
Not sure if it's related but in the system history it does have the errors logged, the 2 blackouts say it was a blue screen incident with Bug Check Code: 0x00000119 and something to do with the 'unknown' driver as well as other issues with "AUDIODG.EXE"
And then this most recent one lists the iCue software under application error and that it caused the crash

0x00000119 is VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR. Audiodg.exe is the Windows Audio Device Graph. It's a system component. Issue is with the GPU, particularly the audio. I'd start there. I'd do a clean driver reinstall with DDU first. If it still persists, disable the audio components on your GPU in device manager, and see if the issue persists.
-
I'm not familiar with DDU can you elaborate?
-
DDU is Display Driver Uninstaller.
It cleanly and thoroughly uninstalls display drivers.
It can be found at https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
Select the US East download mirror when downloading DDU.
