Hi,
I have received my case and upon opening I noticed the side panel is loose in the shipping box, taken the case out and as you can see the holder in the bottom is missing and the holder on top is very loose. I would like to request a replacement please.

Yes we can do an RMA for the case for a new one to be sent out and for this case to be sent back to us. We will be creating ticket for the RMA. Be on the look out for emails from us.
