Performance related issues with new parts...

Options

Hello, I recently purchased a...

  1. CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 5600x
  2. GPU - AMD 6800XT

I have been tinkering with it for a couple weeks now, and have had no such luck with any of the recommendations I've seen online, as far as the settings go...

The components "Work" but when running benchmark software I am getting a consistent 1000 BELOW AVERAGE score.

3dmark - 14100 approx. / AVG = 15300 approx.

Cinebench - 3900 approx. / AVG = 4390 approx.

I have ran the tests several times, scores vary, but always well below the "Average" for my components.

These scores were produced after using AMD's Ryzen Master software using various settings (Auto Overclock, Precision Boost, etc...) Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have enabled the Smart Access Memory within my Bios, RAM is 32GB 3600MHZ C16

Motherboard - Asus TUF Gaming Wifi Plus

RAM - G Skill Trident Neo 3600MHZ C16 running at default D.O.C.P/ X.M.P Settings

Any help, tips, recommendations, would be helpful, as well as if I have any options such as an RMA Through MicroCenter (I purchased the additional warranty plan for both parts)
