I've looked everywhere for information on this build, but here goes..
I have already purchased my MOBO + RAM
Motherboard: ASuS RoG Strix x570-E Gaming
RAM = G.Skill Trident Z RGB DDR4-3600 (4x8gb 32gb kit) CL19
I'm looking at the Ryzen 7 3700x for my CPU.
Will these parts be compatible together out of the box?
This is the first time I've built a computer on my own, I do not feel safe flashing the BIOS because I don't want to brick the system.
If the RAM runs a little slower than 32gb or whatever with plug & play, I'm fine with that, I just want it to run (weird, sure).
Yes, these will be compatible with each other. No BIOS flash should be necessary with these parts. If anything would need to be changed for your system it would be to ensure that XMP settings are enabled in the UEFI of your motherboard's settings.
