Warrenty exchange

Hello, If I bought a computer that had problems and bought the accidental protection plan, but am exchanging it for a new computer will my accidental protection plan transfer over?

  • Hello @Tellix

You mentioned that the computer you purchased had problems. Did these issues happen while it was in the return period? If the item is outside of the return period, then the warranty would take over from there. If the warranty is used, it would not be transferrable as it would be used to allow the return.

If the warranty has not been used and the item you exchanged is still in the same price range, then you should be able to transfer the warranty to the new items.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns!
