Your question is fairly limited, but I will try to guess what you are asking and provide the best answer that I can.
The MSI WS66 is listed as having 1 HDMI port on the specifications of MSI's website. It does not list what iteration of HDMI that they have included. The RTX 3000 that is typically included in the WorkStation does typically include HDMI 2.1 in the desktop GPU.
IF the laptop has HDMI 2.1 then it would be potentially capable of resolutions up to 10K, though they list the 8K resolution to be capped at 60hz. Find out more about HDMI 2.1 and other iterations at HDMI's website.
