Can I exchange a monitor without box ?

I recently purchased a DELL 23.8" IPS P2419H MONITOR. I am not very satisfied with it. The picture quality and the color is not impressive. I already have one of these at home and I should have bought this again. But my question as the title suggests do you guys allow for an exchange if I didn't keep the box ?

Hello @skhan and thanks for posting on the Microcenter Community Forum. We'd prefer the monitor's box for an exchange, but if you are within 30 days from the date of purchase and there is no damage to the Dell monitor; the store will honor an exchange. Bring it back to the store.
