I need help choosing parts that can support my needs

Hello @Zach_Young
I apologize, but I don't think we have anything available that I would recommend while still being able to play/record Minecraft at a decent frame rate.
Currently, the cheapest build that I'm able to recommend would be this.
This does exceed your budget by a fair amount. I also see that the cheapest prebuild that we have in stock would be this HP Omen that is refurbished. However, it's still priced above the budget you mentioned as well.
If possible I'd recommend saving a bit more, or perhaps looking at the possibility of some second-hand parts if you're looking to stay confined to this budget. I'd be happy to answer any questions you might have about this! Please let me know!
