Warranty Return
I purchased a Sapphire RX580 back around 3/21/20. It later refused to post a display. Since this happened at the height of the lockdown, I opted to simply buy another of the exact same model at the time as the return counter was not even open. I have contacted Sapphire and they stated that I should be able to warranty replace this item through the store I purchased it at.
I have a record of my purchase attached to my online account with Microcenter, (order # etc) I am simply curious if it is still possible to either
a. replace the item with a working one
b. trade it in for store credit as I have already purchased a replacement from you guys back in September.
