Missing part in an open box item

Hi,

I bought an open box LianLi LanCool2 mesh case two day ago (3/1/2021) and didn't realized it was missing the magnetic dust filter for the top of the case until I got home. I then tried to contact LianLi but they wouldn't help by saying open box items are not covered by warranty which is quite different than what Micro Center's statement on the issue. and they don't sell parts to end customers.

So now I have this case missing its top filter and I have searched everywhere online trying to find a place to purchase a replacement filter without success.

Could I get some help over this issue?

I'm sorry to hear that your case was missing the mesh top. Typically, open box items are sold as-is and may not be complete. I'm noticing the one you purchased was marked as incomplete and was discounted as such.

I'm afraid we don't sell individual parts for cases. I'd be happy to reach out to our store manager to see if there may be any other options available.

Hopefully, they know something I may not!
