Using 4 sticks of RAM

I recently upgraded my computer's GPU and CPU with no issues. I noticed that my RAM was hitting max usages of 90%+ most nights of gaming/streaming. So, I bought x2 additional sticks of the same 8gb sticks that I have been using for years. Upgrading from 16gb to 32gb. When I insert the x2 new sticks, my motherboard has an orange/yellow light that I believe means that there is an issue with the RAM and it will not boot. I reset the x2 new stick and no luck. I took out 1 stick (so now using 3) and it boots up just fine! I replace that 1 with the other new 1 and it boots up again. Repeat the process in the unused RAM slot and everything works when I use 3 sticks, but not 4... anyone have any idea as to why this would be? Parts listed below. Thanks!
