I logged into my account to duplicate a monitor purchase, but I have no purchase history. I'm missing the HP 27" monitor and my Microsoft Surface. The Surface was purchased in 2020 and I believe the monitor was 2020.
I also had additional warranties on both. Having no problems with either, just need my account updated.
Greetings. We're not able to add the order on our end, but we do have a feature that allows you to add your purchases to your Insider Account for your record keeping.

Yes I found that, but I can't find the receipts. Who can I work with in your accounting department? I can provide purchase dates and credit cards. The receipt never made it too my email. Seeing that the notification for your response went to spam, I'm guessing the receipt went there too.
