My first PC build! Complete rookie

Hey everyone! I've finally come down to the decision to drop consoles all the way. I'm looking to build a GAMING ONLY Pc.. I'm not into streaming or doing any video editing. This pc will be for gaming, a word document here and there and the internet

My budget is around 1,500-1,800.. is it possible to get my 4k 60 cravings with this budget? I know I'am looking at minimum a 3080 card (whenever that is).. but I need help with some other parts, It can be easy to overspend in some areas but I want no Bottlenecks.
Can I achieve such a gaming machine on this budget?  4k/60 1440p/120+
