Would this build be ok for minecraft and light steam games?

We've put this together for my child for minecraft and some steam games like hollow knight/among us.

We're skipping a video card for now since they're near impossible to find.

Would the integrated graphics be ok for that?

Those parts would be fine to use together, but you will want some sort of video card for your build, I understand they are very hard to find but integrated graphics will struggle even with very basic / low graphic requirement games.

What was your budget for the PC? I would also advise for adding more storage. 128GB is quite low for gaming as Windows is going to take up at least 30GB of that alone.
