Cutting down on some things, need someone good with parts

The keyboard, mouse, and monitor are the cheapest acceptable peripherals I'm willing to go for. (75hz monitor, just some cheap RGB keyboard and mouse)

Basically what I'm asking is there anything on this list I can cut down on that is either the same, or better for less money. This totals around 970 USD... which isn't the greatest for my budget. I'd like to cut maybe $120, but that's incredibly generous. Thanks all in advance.

G.skill Ripjaws V sku# 768770, on sales possibly until this Sunday.

Look at the inland premium 512gb sku# 860304 or look at the WD Black SN750 sku# 944454.

For monitors with us, look at the Asus VP228He sku# 831891 if your store has it. There is a open box monitor.
